PAYMENT
Paypal only, pricing is based on US currency.
Cheeb payment is required up front. For all other comms, a paypal invoice will be sent once the sketch is approved.

TURNAROUND TIME
Cheebs and emotes - 1-3 weeks

Illustrations & vtuber art - 3-4 weeks
Commissions may end up taking a little longer depending on IRL circumstances, but any delays will be communicated to the commissioner.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Partial or full refunds are possible if the piece has not been completed. If you have approved the sketch and no progress has been made after 30 days, you will receive a full refund. If progress has been made beyond the sketch, you will receive a partial refund depending on amount completed.

COPYRIGHT
Unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of the commission, illustration commissions are only to be used for non-commercial purposes. Emotes and vtuber art are allowed to be used for monetization on Twitch/Youtube. 

You have permission to alter said commissions for only personal use, such as  icons, sidebar images, banners, character sheets, etc.

Commissioner is not allowed to remove signatures or repost artwork without credit.
 

PRINTING
Commissioner has permission to get prints made of their piece for personal and non-commercial uses.

NFTS
Commissioner does NOT have permission to mint the work as an NFT (tbh I have no idea why you would want to)

TERMS OF SERVICE
The client agrees to pay the amount billed in full unless agreed upon by both us of prior to payment. Payment is required after sketches are approved.

Commissions are only to be used for non-commercial purposes by the client unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of commission. Pricing for published or commercial works can be discussed. For commercial work, please e-mail hello@eorear.com.

The artist retains the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or portfolio.
